Mr. Moore’s career spans 38 years beginning in 1974 when he started his own messenger service. In 1987, Mr. Moore opened his first Jack Rabbit Auto Tags in Manayunk, PA., providing online vehicle and driver license services. Since that time, he has operated 14 agencies located throughout Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in eastern Pennsylvania.

In 1979, Mr. Moore served as Vice President of Sales, Clarke & Co. in Villanova, PA, a national financial services firm. He played a key role in the subsequent acquisition of Clarke & Co by Searle & Co of Greenwich, CT and currently holds the office of Senior Vice President. Searle & Co provides clients with a unique and private alternative to large investment banks and advisors.

Mr. Moore founded Moore Real Estate Investment in 1987, specializing in commercial property investment and sales and in 1995 further expanded into Moore-Geib Acquisitions, a real estate investment firm. In a move to fill a business need, Mr. Moore established Moore Information Services in 1988 which provides an information interface between leasing companies and PennDOT.

In 2001, Mr. Moore became one of the first major shareholders in the newly-formed PA Messenger Services (PAMS). He has been actively involved in the company’s operations since its inception. Mr. Moore has been an advocate for PAMS’ business growth which has led to changing the company name to TitleNGo. In 2005 and again in 2012, Mr. Moore was elected as Chairman, Board of Directors.

Mr. Moore attended Spring Garden College, Chestnut Hill, PA where he received a degree in Business Administration. He is married and has 5 children and 1 grandchild and is active in community youth sports programs and various non-profit organizations.

Mr. Yurconic’s business and public service background spans over 20 years. He began with the John Yurconic Agency in 1989 as an insurance agent, was named Vice President in 1995, and became agency President in 2004. The John Yurconic Agency has grown to include 12 locations in Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill, Berks, and Carbon counties under Mr. Yurconic’s leadership and business savvy.

During this same time, Mr. Yurconic was elected and/or appointed to serve on numerous advisory councils and board of directors of insurance companies, investment groups, and on-line messenger organizations. In 1999, Mr. Yurconic was elected as Chairman, PA Department of Transportation Online Messenger Advisory Board. He continues to hold this office.

Recognized state-wide as a leader in specialized insurance brokerage and worker’s compensation matters, Mr. Yurconic developed specialized insurance programs for podiatric medical malpractice and the restaurant industries. He currently holds his Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation and is a Certified WorkComp Advisor.

Mr. Yurconic is sought out for his industry knowledge and business experience. He has contributed as a board member or advisory committee member for numerous industry and financial concerns. He is currently a sitting member on the Board of Directors for Synergy Holdings Corporation; Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley; St. Luke’s Hospital-Allentown Campus, and the advisory council for Ohio Casualty Insurance Group. Mr. Yurconic is an executive board member for the Minsi Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America; board member of the Allentown Symphony Orchestra; and also serves on the board of the Weller Health Education Center. In 2007, Mr. Yurconic was elected to the PA Messenger Solutions, Inc (T/A TitleNGo) Board of Directors.

Mr. Yurconic graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He was selected as a recipient of the “20 under 40” award presented by the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal and named one of the top business leaders under age 40. He received the “Rising Star Award” from the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is married with two children and enjoys golf, tennis, soccer, boating and motorcycling.

Mr. Rehm currently serves as the Chief Information Officer of TitleNGo. He has 34 years of experience with Information Technology, much of it focused on software development and project management.

Prior to this position with TitleNGo, Mr. Rehm served as a consultant to the company. He owns his own company and had been an independent consultant for 10 years. During his career Mr. Rehm has worked for a computer hardware company, a software company, a holding company and a consulting company, so he brings a wide variety of experience to his position.
